I posted a picture of foundation I emptied yesterday on my Instagram, and the Black Opal True Color Stick Foundation is one of them and some of you guys were asking me about it. So I decided to do a review on it. Here we go.

Blur pore appearance, conceal imperfections and achieve natural looking skin with this crème stick foundation. Perfect for highlighting, contouring, touch-ups and seamless full coverage applications, this best- selling formula delivers moisturized, even-toned flawless complexion. Exclusive Shade ID™ color adjusting pigments expertly and perfectly blends for a true tone color match. Velvet Matte finish. For all skin types.

The Black Opal True Color Stick Foundation comes in a matte black tube, with the brand name written at the base of the tube.. The top of the tube is made of clear plastic so you can see the product through it.

The Black Opal True Color Stick Foundation is a medium to full coverage stick foundation. It is definitely full coverage on me, it covers my spots totally and I don’t even need to colour correct with it.. It blurs my pores and gives my skin a flawless even finish upon application. I am in the shade Nutmeg, so I got 2 shades darker (Carob) for contouring ( I will swatch the shades when I restock soon). I love to use it when am going for a full flawless glam and am sure to get it with this foundation.

This foundation is super pigmented with a rich creamy formula that blends beautifully on the skin. It is also excellent for highlighting and contouring

The Black Opal True Color Stick Foundation is not oil free, and I wouldn’t recommend it to my oily skin beauties. If you have combination skin like myself, be sure to use a really good matte primer, setting powder and setting spray. Also carry along your blotting paper when going out. If you have dry skin, this foundation is a must.

I love it. And can we talk about the price, even with the crazy exchange rate. Its 3,500NGN, its my most affordable foundation and a favourite.

Price – 3,500NGN
